I use this now for 6 months. I started with one drop 3 times a day, and increased until 17 drops, 3 times a day. You can herx on cumanda if you have lyme. It's recommended to take with other supplements to support the detoxing and supporting your body.

My integrative Dr. recommended this for a gentle candida cleanse. I started with 3 drops a day for 3 days then 6 for 3 days then 9 for 3 days then full dose in order to avoid die off symptoms. I like this but will not know how it works until lab tests are done.

The quality of this product is good. Dosage is easy and we feel the benefits coming as our doctor has prescribed. Taste is ok. Size of bootle good to for our needs.
