Nutramigen Hypoallergenic Infant Formula with Enflora LGG - Powder, 12.6 oz Can

My baby girl was born in August and kept having issues with my breastmilk. Couldn't figure out what was happening so we transitioned to gentleease formula thinking it'd help her gas/discomfort/throwing up. She immediately broke out in a rash on her cheeks. We trialed another couple formulas. Pedi kept saying it was baby acne, I knew that was wrong. Pedi recommended we could try this formula to see if it was related to milk allergy. It was! Within 2 days we saw a complete change in my baby! She was able to sleep. She wasn't crying 24/7. She didn't have to be held upright 24/7. It was like we had a new daughter!! Now we've got a prescription through her dr and our health insurance covers 12 cans a month since I don't qualify for WIC. (Make sure y'all check into this!!) it will save you tons. I'm so thankful this formula was good for my daughter. Also, forgot to mention, one of the formula's we trialed was alimentum %26 that severely constipated her. Just fyi if you try that one before this one.

My baby was allergic to a lot of food that I was eating while nursing. So my baby was in fact allergic to my breast milk. (All of our drs said my baby could never have a reaction to my milk, NOT TRUE!!) - he has severe eczema and would get bloated to certain foods. I switched to nutramigen and instantly started noticing a difference with his digestion and skin! Although it didn't cure his eczema, it was nice knowing this formula wasn't a cause of a flareup. FYI I got it approved with a Dr note with WIC for my fellow struggling moms.

For 8 weeks my daughter was absolutely miserable to the point she couldn’t even sleep. She would wake up screaming every 20-30 mins from the pain of heartburn. Of the 7 formulas I tried, this was the only one that actually helped. Takes about a week to reach its full affect but it’s absolutely worth it. She’s only 2 months old and now sleeps 5-7 hours at a time. I will never put her on another formula ever again.

My daughter was a strictly breastfed baby until around 9 months when my supply started to drop. I had to start including formula because I wasn’t producing enough milk for her! We tried this formula because we had heard so many good things about it… she took to it so well! It is a bit pricey but not once did she ever get colicky. She did not have any issues digesting it! It never gave her a tummy ache! It never bothered her tummy nor did it cause her issues pooping when we made the switch! This formula made our transition so easy!!!

The doctors originally told me my child had reflux and then that she had colic. She's still on reflux medicine but this Nutramigen formula is a life saver. She no longer screams all day and now she's a happy normal baby. I'm ever grateful for Enfamil for this invention!

Buying the 4 pack from WM is the best value around. If your insurance company does not cover this product keep all receipts and you will be able to claim it on your taxes. Also ask for free samples or coupons at your doctor visits each time and ask them to have the Enfamil rep contact you to see if you qualify for the "Helping Hands" program. This product worked wonders on our son who used to cry in pain and have explosive bowel movements. We tried Sensitive and Soy and nothing seemed to help him. Finally at his 2 month check up we mentioned it to the doctor and he suggested this product and within a few days we had a totally different baby who was no longer in pain and it took about 2 weeks for his stool to clear up. He is happy now and we do have to watch what he eats and make sure it does not contain soy or other milk products. We give him Earths Best Organic Rice or Oatmeal since that does not have soy like Gerber organic does. We hope he grows out of it here in a few more months! Like others say it's expensive but nobody wants to see their baby in pain and suffering.

Well, I thought it was going to work out for the baby. Unfortunately it didn’t it has made it worse than I imagined and the pediatrician had to change the formula again! So I’m not sure what to do about the formula I still have this stuff is getting expensive! The new formula is more expensive than this one if you can believe that! Hopefully it will work and help the baby and not cause the problems with hard bowels to the point of bleeding! I’ll post once I know how the new formula is going to work out and the differences between the different brands.

Ever since switching my newborn to this she has stopped crying, barely any gas and burps right away, it took 48hr to see a difference, by now it’s been a week and she is a normal baby now. She doesn’t cry anymore in agony. She is so calm and I am so happy that I made the decision to switch her to this brand because she was crying day and night without anything to help, I tried everything and didn’t know what was wrong with her so I researched and decided this was the best option to make going by the good reviews and feed back from others and I am so happy that I took the chance because this milk has stopped her fussiness, stopped her gas, I almost thought she was colic for a whole month I didn’t know what to do and now I’m just a week it’s all gone. I will keep her in this brand until she no longer needs baby milk anymore.

My granddaughter loves this milk, However it is been very stressful trying to find this milk. We have tried all of the other mills ex: gentlease purple can , yellow can , she haves a reaction to it. Nutramigen is her favorite and it helped with her skin we just can’t find it everywhere says out of stock. I don’t like that babies have to run out of formula !

There were giant chunks of coagulated formula. Something clearly got into the can. It was not safe to give to my baby, but they wouldn't replace the product or offer a refund.
