I have been taking biotin supplements for a bit and I do think they help my hair. The ones I had been using were hard to swallow and were starting to bother my stomach so I switched. These are easier to swallow, dont bother my stomach and dont have a weird aftertaste
these vitamins are very effective, I've been using these for several months and it has made my hair stronger. goodbye to all that thin hair.
At this point too soon to tell whether it's doing any good, let me reach you at a future date when I've been using this for a while to see if any changes in my hair growth increases or decreases or nothing at all
I saw no difference and it was pricey
The pills worked. They worked very slowly. But all in one. I love it
I noticed my hair is a little thicker after taking for six months.
After extreme manipulation and tension, my edges began thinning following updos and stress. This product, when combined with Minoxidil and micro-needling, did induce scalp hair growth. My facial hair did also begin growing in darker and heavier when using this supplement.
causes profound abdominal distress if taken without food
I believe this product may help others but not me. I woke up with abdominal pain and swollen limbs. It was the only "new" item/supplement that I took/ingested. I immediately discontinued the product and my symptoms stopped. Again, it may work for some but not for me. I must ask for a return.
When this arrived I opened up all happy, and the stench almost gagged me. I have never had vitamins that smell that bad. I couldn't even imagine putting it in my mouth. I will be returning it. Yikes
