It helps with my inflammation and brings my blood sugar levels down. I've been feeling really good taking this and am going to continue to take it. The bottle writing is bold and very readable. It's packaged well and didn't have any loose powder in the bottle. The value for the money is a little higher than what it was but hopefully that'll change. I would definitely recommend trying it and seeing how well it works for you.

It's not that bad. The ingredients are all very good for you and i find that it was effective in doing exactly what it says.

I noticed that my appetite has decreased slightly. I feel less foggy minded & more energetic. It has a cinnamon after taste, especially if you burp shortly after taking it ( it could be good or bad depending on whether you like cinnamon or not). As far as weight loss, I have not noticed anything, but I have only been taking this for 13 days now. For the price, this is a decent supplement for those wanting to add berberine to their diet.

Products like that can make your stomach hurt but I had no issues like that. I feel like it definitely helped curb my appetite but I didn't see much difference in my weight for the weight loss aspect of this product yet. I've had it for a while now but I am unsure how long it takes for the health benefits to kick in. I am going to continue taking this supplement and see if it has a noticeable positive impact on my health in the long run. I don't notice any difference however it's hard to track something like your cardiovascular health unless you're going to the doctor frequently. The pills are huge, like almost hard to swallow. They felt as if they were getting stuck in my throat unless I drank at least a solid 12-16 oz of water with/immediate after it. Positives are there is no smell and I didn't notice an aftertaste.
