I've tried a lot of different supplements over the years, but this one is on another level. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the entire bottle of this over the past 30 days and the major benefit i noticed was my knees didn't hurt like they had been towards the middle of the 30 days onwards. I had tried a supplement a while back that had similar claims but was almost 3x the amount of this one, and it worked great, but I couldn't bring myself to spend that much every month on a supplement, so I had been looking for something similar. I work a manual labor job and my knees, elbows and wrists often get very stiff and sore and I don't recall having any issues with that at all over the past two weeks. I do recommend this, the only thing I didn't love, is the capsules had an after taste of a metallic kind, but it wasn't too bad. I'd like to keep using the supplement and see if my skin and mental focus improve.

I'm impressed at the results thus far. After three weeks there's less aching joints so the inflammation has improved and I feel less stress. I'm still watching to see if there is any proof of anti-aging through the reduction of wrinkles and skin problems. They are in capsul form so they may be difficult to swallow but the taste is muted this way. The cost is good to fair for this type of product. The internal benefits that cannot be seen are worth it.
