It does have a bit of an aftertaste that isn't the most pleasant but it's not horrible and it's definitely not bad enough to quit taking it. Overall it seems to be a pretty good product and I think continued use would be a positive thing.

I've tried a lot of different supplements over the years, but this one is on another level. I would randomly lose the feeling in my left arm and hand without any warning. The doctors suspect I have a mitochondrial disease, which makes sense as there is a family history. I stopped further testing for the disease, because there is no cure or treatment. CoQ10 is the only thing proven to be effective to a certain degree. When I started taking it the random loss of feeling stopped, but after about a year it started again. I was thinking of trying a higher dose when I got the opportunity to try this product. In the brief time I've been using it I haven't had any random loss of feeling in my arm/ hand. What's more is I'm also no longer suffering from severe muscle weakness. It used to be so bad I couldn't even twist open a bottle. I realize these effects may wear off as I get used to the supplement, but it's still incredibly impressive. Given the fact that there is literally no treatment for mitochondrial diseases,I think this supplement really should be studied as a possible passive treatment.
