[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for about 3 weeks and have not seen any benefits from it yet, I do realize it will take time and consistency to actually see the benefits if any so I will continue taking until gone. They are flavorless so if you are not a fan of mushroom flavor you don't have to worry about that with these. I like that the ingredients are straight forward and not full of fillers, just simply mushrooms. I am not a fan of the serving size, it is recommended to take 4 capsules daily which I feel is alot especially given the capsules are not small. Overall my thoughts about this supplement is middle ground at this time but I will finish taking them and see how I feel at the end of it.

I also didn't like that I needed to take 4 pills every day. There isn't a taste so that's good. I wouldn't buy these simply because they didn't do anything for me.
