They are flavorless so if you are not a fan of mushroom flavor you don't have to worry about that with these. I like that the ingredients are straight forward and not full of fillers, just simply mushrooms. I am not a fan of the serving size, it is recommended to take 4 capsules daily which I feel is alot especially given the capsules are not small.
