The inflammation patch seems to be helping with my trigger finger..........for sure less pain in just a few days.

I have been utilizing these patches for around 4 months now, to help the agony in a pulled tendon close to my hip joint. Not at all like most fixes you can purchase at any drug store or drugstore, these patches appear to truly work. Most fixes just give a cooling or warming sensation from menthol and camphor. These, be that as it may, appear to work much better.

I started running a few months ago...again and noticed my knees started hurting/aching. I already use the daily multivitamin patch so ordered this patch with it on my next order. These patches do make my pain less in my neck and shoulders while working but I do wish they were circular shape instead of square. The square shape likes to catch on my clothing and pulls my skin because they are super sticky.

After using many different salves lotions and gels on my knee, I figured to give these patches a try. I have to admit that I was pretty skeptical about these working and they didn't. I tried them for four days on the inside of my knee and all that happened was I got a red spot the size of the patch that has finally disappeared.

Don't notice any difference after using. Definitely not worth the money.
