I was worried about the "mint" taste because I didn't think it would fit with my smoothie flavors. But the taste is very light. It actually adds to the smoothie flavor because it is really slight. I had a strawberry banana smoothie. It does have a slight fish smell when you open it. I don't mind because I read that marine collagen is the best collagen. But if I were honest I really notice a difference when I use bovine collagen. This has both. I have not used it long enough to remark on the physical effects. But I'm excited because of the mix of collagens.

This is a great tasting collagen powder. I was unsure at first how the mint would taste, but it's quite nice on its own when I tasted the powder only. And it also goes great in my coffee with Italian creamer. I want to also mention that although the pictures in this review are different than what is shown on Walmart, they are the exact same product. I confirmed with the seller that the product has been rebranded from "Beauty Glow Recipe" to "Multi Fit." All the ingredients are the same. Both jars are 100 grams. The only difference is the recoomended dosing. It does include a scoop, which makes it convenient to measure the perfect dose. As with any product that is measured in weight/grams, there will be settling of the powder. A half-empty looking jar does not mean you are getting less product. The scoop is an approximate measurement, but the powder itself is 100 grams as shown on the jar. To reiterate, this is 100g by WEIGHT and not by volume/space it takes up. The expiration date on the bottom goes through June of 2027, which is more than enough time. Most people will consume this in a month or less. This Nutribas product has 5 different sources of collagen, which is what you want in a collagen peptides product. It covers a broad range of different types of collagen: Type I for your skin and bones Type II for joints Type III for muscles Type V for gut health Type X for repairs This is just a brief overview. Do your research on the different types. Overall I enjoy this product and would purchase this again.
