Have used this product for years, I take it when I start to feel bad and normally I don't get any worse. Just to give you an idea I got a bad infection and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic, took them till I can out didn't work.. Bought a bottle of these and 2 days later the infection was gone. So I will be sure to keep a bottle of these on hand for when I start to feel bad again. With kids and winter coming I would recommend keeping a bottle on hand
