Good value and nice packaging. Tablets are bigger than I usually have and need to have 2 - but they don't taste bad and I like how I feel after having them for 1 month.

Nice clean product, easy to swallow and no drawbacks. Have tried other calcium supplements and stopped using due to allergic responses. Other products do have additional ingredients, could be sensitive to them, so this is a good way to get calcium, magnesium along with eating calcium rich foods for bone health.
