I have been taking this for about 7-8 years 1tsp every morning along with L-glutamine powder 1 scoop 2tsp) on empty stomach in AM. I almost never forget it...I even take with me when I travel. Both have been part of my self healing regime.... I forgot both this past weekend. I thought that I could do without for one weekend away (Iknew better)....ha, ha...yes I ate gluten, my family eats the exact opposite as me...very unhealthy...I caved in...I suffered all weekend. Will I never learn???

Indispensible! I use this a lot - great when you are sick, or just need some electrolytes. This has no added sweetener, tastes similar to club soda for me. Stir well as the minerals tend to settle. Start off with small amounts and build up if you are concerned about stomach issues, but the C is buffered and I have never had any problems.

i got this supplement for immunity because the ingredients that they use seem good and it seems like a good amount of mg. the package is smaller than i thought it would be. it doesn't upset my stomach which is a big plus because i have a sensitive stomach

I have difficulty swallowing tablets & capsules so this form of effervescent vitamin c is very useful. It bubbles up & dissolves well in any liquid media. I do not know how it tastes though as I pump it through my feeding tube daily. Overall I'm satisfied with the quality & ingredients of this product.

Could not be MORE PLEASED! I was using another brand of compressed tablets . . . Didn't like the "added ingredients" to manufacture the "pill" form? Plus those pills were VERY large & no Vit. C in them. The MASS dose of Vit C in this PURE POWDER form makes a MASSIVE improvement to metabolize & assimilate / absorb the nutrients needed w/o junk additives! AWESOME! I mix with hot cocoa or food to cover the taste.

It is very effervescent and tastes best when consumed immediately. The ingredient is well packaged, and the container contains a lot of powder. Good value for the money. I would recommend it.
