Metarest is great!
This is a wonderful combination to help one relax into sleep. It has 10 mg (Vit B-6) to begin resting; 250 mg of Kava-Kava to keep one relaxed; blended with 3 mg of melatonin. This amount of melatonin is low enough to begin with. I have never had any morning side-effects of sleepiness, nor have my clients. Be sure to check this formulation with your Nat. health practitioner, or doctor first. I usually do not endorce online, preferring to see clients in person, so don't take my word for it.

Feel Relaxed before sleep
Helps me get to sleep. First time, I felt a little groggy affter waking. But subsequently, no after affect. I feel more relaxed when using it before bed, or when i don't get to sleep fast enough.
