in my personal experience It relaxes the muscles a lot and helps with cramps ("I haven't had any more"). Taking it at night helps me fall asleep faster. I recommend it.

This is a buffered form of vitamin C, especially good for folks who require high-dose vitamin C for certain conditions. It does not irritate my stomach or cause other digestive problems, even taking two 850 mg capsules a day (one morning, one evening.) I have no trouble swallowing the capsules. No unnecessary additives (see ingredient list), pharmaceutical grade sodium ascorbate.

They work good. I use only the high- rated supplements and this product costs its money. Easy,convenient capsules.

Easy open top, small capsule so swallowing is not a problem and no taste or side effects at all. I would recommend this product.

I think I have to break it down specifically for this product. I could only tell you about my experience with it, as I believe there are others who have had a wonderful experience with it and I believe that may be true because everybody's body is different. So I kind of recant, in a way, not recommending it to someone. That being said, for me this product was kind of like a double edged sword because it seemed to help me in ways like with inflammation and a little bit of wound healing, but that does not compensate for the negative neurolgia and the way it seemed to turn my whole body cold and cause poor circulation. My trial with this was kind of like torture, and after a gruelling two and a half weeks I decided to quit.
