This is a buffered form of vitamin C, especially good for folks who require high-dose vitamin C for certain conditions. I started with a low does twice a day and worked up to my maintenance dose of 3 grams twice a day and the majority of my joint pain disappeared. in the morning i felt like i was going to fall down the stairs but after taking 3 grams twice a day i feel much more agile in the morning. It's also great when i'm sick cuz i take a little more and i heal up quicker. The is great stuff!!!

I take vitamin D every day, it helps to boost my immune system and increases my energy level. It also helps to produce collagen, so it's good for skin. It is very helpful during cold seasons. Sodium ascorbat is contributing to acidity level, I take it whenever I want without worrying about stomach ache.

I really appreciate that this form of Vitamin C has a more neutral pH compared to ascorbic acid. It's much gentler on my stomach, and I can take it daily without any discomfort. Definitely a great choice for those with sensitive digestion who still want the benefits of high-quality Vitamin C.

I think I have to break it down specifically for this product. I could only tell you about my experience with it, as I believe there are others who have had a wonderful experience with it and I believe that may be true because everybody's body is different. So I kind of recant, in a way, not recommending it to someone. That being said, for me this product was kind of like a double edged sword because it seemed to help me in ways like with inflammation and a little bit of wound healing, but that does not compensate for the negative neurolgia and the way it seemed to turn my whole body cold and cause poor circulation. My trial with this was kind of like torture, and after a gruelling two and a half weeks I decided to quit.
