They are sharp and so far, cut well, which, obviously, is what they are supposed to do. Actually they are better than the ones I have used for a while. I have only had them a short time and have only used some of them, but so far I am well satisfied.
I received these yesterday. They are beautiful. Blades are very sharp and make kitchen prep a breeze. Super nonstick. Easy to clean. Very nice. Would buy again. Would recommend.
