[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Granitestone Nutri Blade Knives set of 6 is just what every kitchen needs. Each knife has a job and serve its own purpose. Used the Large knife to chop up onions. Chopped French bread with the bread knife. Sliced chicken breast into tenders with the slicing knife and sliced tomatoes with the pairing knife. These knives are a nice fit to replace any knife set you already have.

The reviews were good enough to give these knives a chance, but I was so disappointed. I had to struggle to find an angle that would cut through the Roma tomatoes for my salad.
