Easy to swallow capsules. Not too big. Nice addition to my regular vitamins to aide in my gut health. No upset stomach or gas. I like that the probiotic aidesin multiple ways.
I do love these. I take daily and it does help with my digestive issues. Always was a bit bloated after eating. These have taken my bloat away. Haven’t changed my diet since I began taking these so I am giving credit to the supplements.

I have had no side effects from taking these supplements, no itching, smell, or irritation in the vaginal/urinary tract area., and no indigestion or diarrhea. The pills themselves have a slight aroma of cranberries, but it isn't a strong smell, and there really is no taste to them. They are easy to swallow. The blister pack the pills come in is easy to push through, so you're not struggling with a bottle and hard-to-open lid, and it keeps the capsules safe and protected until you're ready to use them. As women, we need to keep our bodies running smoothly, and these supplement capsules seem to help keep things on the good side.
Just like any supplement, you don't really know what things would look like if you weren't taking them. As a cancer patient, I'm all for trying healthy options to give my body all the support it needs. The first few days of taking a capsule each morning, I had a slightly gassy abdomen, but it went away and had no noticeable issues since adding this to my morning meal. The capsule is about 3/4" and swallows easily. It has a distinct odor, but not unpleasant. Overall, it's worth a try to keep a stressed body as healthy and happy as possible.
