I've been taking these on the regimen 3X daily. My skin has cleared up, my hair has gotten more shiny, my joints feel better, and I feel like these are helping my over all health. Normally when I would take Omega 3 supplements I would get the dreaded “Fishy indignation” NOT WITH THESE! In fact there is no after taste at all. I have tasted the pill I mean I wouldn't recommend it but if you do it has an almost pleasant lemon taste. If you're looking to start taking an Omega 3 supplement I definitely recommend these. I don't think I'll ever go to another brand for mine.

These omega-3 supplements are great. They do not have a fishy taste, as many other brands do. They actually are made of high quality ingredients. My skin looks and feels better than it has in years! I take 1 capsule three times every day and I have noticed a significant difference in hair as well. These are perfect to incorporate into your daily routine to better care for yourself because these kind of results start from the inside and work their way to the outside. I recommend these omega-3 supplements to anyone who wants to look AND feel their very best every day.

Very good product helps with hair and skin, but it also reduced my cholesterol level, which is even better

I find with omega 3 suppliments it can be hit or miss on quality and ease of use (not tasting fishy oils later on); luckily this product is a hit. These are easy to swallow and make for easy digestion as well.

I purchased the 3 month supply and absolutely see the difference on my skin, it does exactly what it claims to do . There are obviously many more benefits of using d3 , but this is my favorite one so far . Love it & highly recommend it !

First off my skin looked amazing when taking these - I figured I would splurge on these supplements since I had switched over to generic brand Omega-3 pills and they were absolutely nothing the same, quality of these are worth the price. I've taken other O3s and none have made me feel and look as good as these. Originally my skin was just the goal, but I saw that weight loss was also on the list so I started to take 2 pills 3 times a day and has helped me get through my weight loss plateau - I hit the gym 4-5 times a day and was not finding much change and these have kicked up the progress so super thankful to have found these. Supplements are something you just need to splurge on instead of taking 15 different vitamins sooo go for it

I received two bottles that both are about to expire in 6 months (exp 10/26). Very disappointing.

First of all, the choices on this review screen have nothing to do with supplements. Second, these Omega 3 supplements used to be made with Sockeye Salmon. Now they contain tilapia and CARP!! I sent them back because tilapia is thought to contain high levels of mercury, and carp are bottom feeders and where I come from we do NOT eat them! I am SO disappointed in Dr. Perricone for permitting the degradation of such a fine product that I have faithfully been taking for years simply because of the high quality.
