This product is amazing!!!!! It clear up my cystic hormonal acne in 3 months. I also followed the Perricone diet, alone with his recommended topical products. I started taking these supplements a month ago and they have truly saved my skin. I can't believe how good these work. The days I forget to take these I start breaking out so I make sure to take them every morning. They are pricy but I can't put a price on what they have done, not only for my skin but for my self esteem also. I used to cry because of how nasty and painful my acne was but my tears of sadness have turned to tears of joy after finding these supplements. I still get an ocasional pimple but all of the hormonal cystic acne is gone and my face is clearing up nicely. I am so grateful for this product and will continue to buy.

This really does work! It did take a full 3months before I saw results, and 5 months before my "monthly" breakouts became minimal or none. I have been on ACCUTANE 3x!!! So you know Ive tried everything. I mean EVERYTHING. These seem to simple to have worked- and Im sure Dr. Perricone just got the combination of the of the vitamins just right to actually help acne. The price kills me! But it beats the price of embarrassment and and poor self esteem. I still get little pimples here and there- but nothing huge or irritating like before. The yellow vitamin is hard to get down, as soon as it gets wet it gets sticky. The rest have a good soft coating. Don't order unless your willing to stick with it. Great little travel packs- be sure to take with food. I take to lunch with me sometimes if going out.

After 3 months of taking this supplement it has made do change in the quality of my skin or the amount of breakouts I get. There is nothing special about this supplement its just like any multi vitamin you could get at a drug store. There are some nutrients like zinc in it that can help with the healing of acne but it could be purchased much cheaper and still have the same quality. I'm sure this could help someone whose acne is caused by a poor diet but I'm 19 years old and like most other people who have acne mine is caused by hormones and I don't see how this supplement could make any difference with that.
