A renewed happy carver!
I'm a senior citizen (82) who has always been able to do a very nice job of carving all kinds of meat. Due to age and medical situations, I had lost this ability, so I bought an electric knife. I have now regained my ability to do masterful carving. This knife is easy to handle, operate and beautifully carve a piece of meat. Love my new knife and look forward to many years of great carving.
