Larger than expected. Easy to clean

Horrible smell! All i can say is I've purchased other large pans from Sams that had a smell for the first 2 times of use. These pans emit a horrible smell that is nauseating and hasnt gone away! every time i use them, they set off my smoke detector, and the smell is atrocious! i will try them one more time, and if not any better, im asking for a refund.
