My wife and I have taken chelated calcium and magnesium for many years. Now retired, we find that our blood chloride levels tend to test quite low. For that reason we are now using this product to supply some of our magnesium, with chloride. We have noticed an improvement in how we feel.

Great Product, I was using a granulated version..it worked well..but it was bitter tasting. This has a slight taste..no big deal. Magnesium Chloride for me is the best form and it never upsets my gastro intestinal area. After researching many hours of the benefits of Magnesium Chloride I put it into my daily routine, I feel better and sleep better. Please give this product a try! By the way, great price also!

From my personal research, taking magnesium in the form of magnesium choride is the most effective. The taste is not great but it is acceptable in plain water and completly palatable in fruit juice. I will continue to buy and use this product.

This form of magnesium works great for us. Has a bad taste but if you mix it with a little juice (we like the lite cranberry juice) along with water you cannot taste it at all. great product and price.

I am very satisfied with this Magnesium Chloride product. I can put a few drops in every drink and take without change of flavor. It is well absorbed and together with the Magnesium gel I had a quick recovery from my sciatica pain. It should be a great supplement to reduce any deficiency one may have.

I have tried all manner of Magnesium over the years and think this one is pretty good except for the taste. Even mixed with apple cider it taste bad, but i still think it's a good product and will buy it again.
