I am very pleased with this magnesium citrate product, as I have had trouble with other forms of magnesium, not being able to tolerate them. This easy-to-swallow capsule works great in combination with Swanson's Premium Calcium Citrate Complex with Vitamin D. Both are in capsule form, so there is no threat of a large chalky tablet getting stuck in your throat. I take one Nutricology Magnesium Citrate capsule to 3 capsules of Swanson's Calcium Citrate Complex -- not only do I get the superior citrate form, but this combination is perfectly balanced for me. I experience none of the problems sometimes associated with other forms of Calcium and/or Magnesium. Highly recommended. And a big "Thanks" to Swanson's for making this superior citrate form available in a capsule at such a great price.

I purchased Magnesium Citrate because it is easy for your body to digest and the capsule form is easy to swallow. I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for about 10 years. It helps my digestive system and with sleeping.

Most of us don't have enough magnesium and require a supplement....have been taking this one for years. Read up on it a few years back and learned we all need equal amts of calcium and magnesium in each of our cells. It works for me!

I have found this potency of magnesium in capsule form the most effective. I take at bedtime and it helps me sleep. I can take less capsules for the same effect as other potencies. Swanson Vitamins is a top notch supplier.

This is very good, but not too much because it can cause diarrhea. If you need magnesium in larger doses use the Magnesium complex not this one.

I give this to my son, it has no flavor so I can open the capsules and put it in his food without any problems.

I have been taking magnesium for over ten years. These capsules are easy to shallow.

I am getting LDA (Low Dose Allergen Therapy) every other month so have to take Magnesium Citrate for 4 weeks in conjunction with LDA in addition to the Magnesium Taurate I usually take. The 170 mg. Magnesium Citrate capsules I had previously ordered from another manufacturer smelled and tasted like perfume and were quite a bit larger than these 170 mg. capsules from NutriCology.

I bought this for my husband because your heart needs magnesium but of course it made him have to go to the bathroom too much. I will try another form... but for myself it works to help me sleep sounder... so it is a good product just did not work for what I really bought it for.
