Nutricology Ox Bile, 500 mg, 100 Vegicaps

I first read about Ox Bile on the internet. I inquired about aids for my liver. In 2006 my GallBladder was removed. Since then I have notice weight gain and in inquired about liver function learning that the GallBladder is an organ used to store Bile which help process consumed fat. Taken 3 x a day with food I have lost 10 pounds. So far so good.

After having my GB removed last March, I've struggled with digestive issues. Upon hearing about OX BILE and that it's called your GB in a bottle, I was excited to check it out. Well, whoever coined that phrase was absolutely correct, IT IS! I take it with a digestive enzyme during each meal. Really helps! Just don't take too much if it or you will live on your toilet!

This ox bile seems to be the exact same thing of a more expensive brand I bought. Other than the brand name the label seemed pretty well the same. I'm guessing it's likely manufactured by the same manufacture of the expensive brand.

Used in conjunction with moderate and judicious fat intake this product after every meal helps my body's need for more bile. I combine this with a full spectrum digestive enzyme and beet root. Works for me!

This is a good product for use when your gallbladder has been removed. But the product is on the high price side.

This product had my stomach hurting along with a terrible headache I believe the dose is too strong for first time users I sent this product back for a refund talk with your doctor before trying any medications
