Nutricost 4-in-1 BHB Powder (Unflavored) Exogenous Ketone Salts

I prefer the UNFLAVORED version, so I can add my own flavoring. I've tried the flavored ones, and it's not the same. The ketone level is really high, so I only use 1/2 a dose.

No carb cravings, minimum appetite more energy. I never take a full dose. 1/2 dose with flavored water and drink throughout the day as needed.

Not a full five stars because the after taste/feel in your mouth is almost unbearable. It's like you've eaten chalk after you swallow the liquid. It dissolves easily, goes down smooth and definitely helps while on a keto diet but that aftertaste is not great. I drink it with my preworkout before going to the gym and I like how I feel throughout the day.

The ingredients are spot on. A true 1 scoop gets you the daily bhb amount but it needs to be blended for it to dissolve. For the ingredients the price is write. Just add your own flavor.

This is the foulest tasting yuck ever! I tried it mixed with water... Gross. Coffee... Gross. Flavored water... Only tolerable when. I added a gallon of water I had flavored. It's seriously hard to choke down and has a discussing aftertaste. I'm forcing myself to use it to see if it helps my energy, weight loss, etc. But it's very hard to consume. I opted for unflavored because I wanted to add it to my flavored water and normally, the flavored version are extremely salty and over sweet tasting. That is, by far, preferable to this. It makes anything you add it to bitter.

I had read on the reviews it mixes with water and take it like a shot of tequila. I don;t drink but I get it. I put mine in v8 juice, it stayed on the top. It did not mix well. I will update as I experiment.

This product turns into a single hard clump when exposed to moisture. The desiccant does not help much. Once it is a giant clump there is no turning it back to powder. Otherwise this product does work. The clump material dissolves in water if you give it time.

I purchased it 10 months ago and it has another year before it expires. Well it already turned into a sticky semi solid substance while still being stored properly. I've always had good experiences with other Nutricost products, so perhaps this was just a bad batch.

I really dislike not giving positive reviews but it did not work for me. Also, I'm usually ok with any kind of supplement flavor but I couldn't tolerate this one. Sorry guys
