Best 5htp deal around BUT always take with food
Great product, and I don't think you can find a better price. However, it will make you sick if you don't take it with food. I take it daily in a protein shake and I'm golden. Would recommend.

I Call That a Bargain
I have used 5-HTP products before and they do help my overall mood. This powder has a neutral taste so the 300mg serving is easy to mix in anything or even just drop on your tongue. Although they could have used a smaller container, you can rest assured that all Nutricost items are 3rd party tested. The small price tag is a good bargain and should last almost 3 months. All in all, a product I would recommend...

Upset my stomach
I have taken 5HTP many times but never felt sick from it. This upset my stomach but I am not sure if its just me or not. So I am letting it be known but not leaving abad review in case its just me.

Too little in the jar.
I opened the jar only to find about an eighth of the powder inside. There is no need to waste that much plastic with such a small amount of powder. Very deceiving picture online.

Did not help me, with my insomnia issues...Size is too small to be economical!
