I take the ALCAR before my workouts and find it gives me a boost of energy, which is welcome as I most often train at night after work. It does not affect my sleep at all, unlike caffeine or similar stimulants. The price is very good, and the small container is good to fit into my supplement cabinet. Convenient scoop included. I would buy again.

Everyone complains about the taste. Sad. It's not disgusting just very tart. So what? I've had much worse! This is a cake walk compared to powdered tribulus testerras... Now that stuff literally WILL make you gag. I don't even use water. I pop the scoop powder in my mouth and just swallow. The benefits are amazing and I can totally feel the difference. This was actually a good quality product. I could defiantly see leaner results with my workout regimen when I took this 2-3 times a day. After two really consistent weeks I would say I noticed a leaner look for sure. I take it pre or mid-work out and then again at lunch and or near dinner time.

Very important supplement for your dogs now, combined with Taurine as well. Dogs are coming up with DCM, and since grains do not confer these two necessary amino acids, and since kibble usually doesn't have enough of either of these for our dogs go synthesize these necessary amino acids, they need to be added to their food. This powder is easy to measure and use.

This is my 3rd purchase of this product and I am still completely pleased. Pros: - Arrived earlier than expected - priced well - Packaged well - helped improve cognitive functioning Cons: - after about 30 days it begins to clump. But it is still easy to break down

A more cost-effective way of adding this to our diet than pills. A nutritionist advised taking six 500 mg capsules daily. Then I found this. Flavor is citrus-like and very tolerable. Easy to dissolve in water. Take on empty stomach three times a day for best benefit.

I am not in love with the taste but it is easily covered with a little herb tea added to the water. Haven't been on it long enough to see any positive or negative results.

I love acetyl carnitine because it enhance your mitochondrial function, cognition, workouts and more. you need carnitine to metabolize fat. If you're low on carnitine, fat can't get into your mitochondria, and you struggle to use it for fuel. But with abundant carnitine, your fat metabolism works like a well-oiled machine. But for this brand one cons I noticed is it says its u flavoured but it is flavored to bitter and sour with a very bad aroma to it, make sure to drink it with some concentrate flavor to mask its sour ans bitterness

I ordered the product however it was wrong. I needed the NAC and I ordered AC. I immediately called to change order. Left 2 messages and an email the same day. No return call or correspondence from email. I sent back product and emailed again with no response. Not good and could not change on line. Seriously you have no customer service

I have been consistently using this product however I feel no changes whatsoever. I find my workouts to feel the same before and after/while using this product Update: is this really ALCAR? I absolutely doubt it.
