I bought the plain version which was just horrible. The taste was sickening. So I tried this. I mix one scoop into 40 ounce shaker cup and one grape flavored hydration pack. It has helped me in so many ways.
great price and taste good. helps to keep me hydrated during my workout.
I love this powder. It doesn't taste that bad, but it doesn't matter if it tasted bad or not because I'm not taking this supplement to fulfill my tastes. I just pour it into my mouth, and I wash it down with some water. I think it's the easiest way to take this supplement and for sure the fastest way. I will be trying the other flavors when I run out of the grape.
Really great product. I highly recommend it but it is a little sweet. So what I did was order the unsweetened one and mixed them together. Now it is perfect.
Mixed with 12 oz water. I didn't have any problem with it. No stomach upset. Very pleased about that, because my stomach is sensitive and can't tolerate creatine. BCAA's are recommended by a lot of experts. I believe in this product.
Mix with berries or something tart, masks smell/task, works great!!! Absolutely wonderful, thank you!!!
Mixes OK with water. The flavor does mask the natural taste of the BCAAs, but the flavor is somewhat overbearing.
Haven't had this product for too long but it mixes well. The only problem I had is that it's not unflavored. It definitely has its own smell and taste that you can taste when mixing it.
The problem with this product is that it has artificial ingredients being a Doctor I was unaware of this because it is marketed as a natural product. Don"t be fooled it cannot be returned that tells you something about the company also why take a product that claims to make you healthy but will only make you fat and unhealthy in the long run.
Tastes awful. So what? Ok.... doesn't dissolve in liquid despite all efforts. Gave instant Gi issues. Would give zero stars but zero stars not an option.
