Easy to mask flavor
Will definitely be using this brand from now on! High quality product. Doesn't have a strong bitter taste that other brands have. Easy to mask flavor.

Pretty good for an amino acid supplement
Most amino acid supplements are nasty even though many say they are flavorful. This one is actually pretty good in my opinion. I've tried many others and so far, this one is the best from a flavor standpoint. It mixes well and goes down smoothly. I don't have any measure of quality but I assume it's equal to its competitors. I take it first thing in the morning and last thing at night, on an empty stomach. I do seem to recover more quickly.

Don't recommend
I bought the raspberry lemonade and the flavor itself was not bad. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it made me so thirsty during And after my workouts.

Way too sweet.
The taste is extremely sweet. I modified the dosage to 1/2 scoop for my 1/2 gallon jug

Maybe it makes the same effect as all others BCAA products on a market, but this one taste like s***! Even you mix it with other ingredients it still has awful taste. Never ever gonna buy again. Never!
