This works well and tastes great!
I use this after every workout and on days when I am fasting and I need to buy a little more time before I eat my first meal of the day. I love the taste. So many have a bad after taste, but this is good and it is refreshing. I really like it!

It has Vitamins!
It has Vitamins And Biotin which i love but it does have Artificial flavors as well as some food coloring. The taste isnt bad as long as you add enough water otherwise it might he too sweet

Way.Too. Sweet
I was excited about the added biotin, calcium, and vitamin D, but the taste is just too cloying. I will finish the container but will not order again.

Comes with crystal meth inside
Mine comes with meth crystals?!? Poorly made. Way way too sweet. I don't know if anything on the label is accurate. Disappointed.

Doesn't dissolve.
I got watermelon, the flavor is ok. Does not dissolve, making it pretty gross with chunks floating in it.
