It seems to help with soreness, but taking the full scoop makes my skin itch like crazy and burn which can be a side effect of this product, so i dropped down to half of the included scoop and that seemed to help.

Beta-Alanine is an absolute game changer! And this was the cheapest product I was able to find. I just wish the spoon came in half the size. You don't want to take 3 grams all at once or you'll suffer some very uncomfortable tingles. You also want to take 6 grams a day instead of the suggested 3 grams. Search it up on YouTube and you'll see it's widely suggested to take 1.6g doses 4 times a day.

Tried this for the first time today and at first I felt so uncomfortable with all the tingly feeling all over my body. I've never had such intense tingling feeling before so it freaked me out a bit. This continued until I got to the gym and started working out; once I started sweating the tingly feeling went away. I didn't notice at first until my husband had to tell me, but I just wanted to continue working out without stopping. We usually spend an hour at the gym, I wanted to stay longer which has never happened before. I came home and was doing more reps in my garage. The strange thing is, it didn't make me feel the way preworkout feels, but it sure works and I definitely prefer it better. This thing definitely gives you the beast mode energy needed. P.S this is my first time using beta alanine apart from having it as an ingredient in previous preworkout drinks. Also, I mixed this with mainly water and added a dash of mio for flavor. I didn't get any strange off taste; just the same taste I usually get with mio mixed in with water.

Definitely noticed changes as far as my endurance during swimming and lifting(competitive swimmer). Flavor isn't the best so use thicker drinks like a protein shake to mask it. Also I wouldn't recommend taking over 3-4 grams at a time the tingles are irritating at a point depending on your tolerance, overall good product that works.

Solid beta-alanine. Oddly sweet, not pleasant but nothing horrible, especially in enough water. Tingles with fifteen minutes of consumption, definite decrease in muscle pain when exercising. Decrease in social anxiety as well due to GABA action. Highly recommend as it's cheap and effective.

I bought this to make my own pre-workout, but i got the pins and needles feeling too badly to keep using. Also, i didn't see any improvement during my tennis matches to tolerate the feeling. and i googled that it can take 6-8 weeks for it to build up in your system to see results. So, not for me.

This beta alanine did not dissolve well at all. It was not really a powder, moreso it felt like they were crystal like. I ended up just getting preworkout that contained beta-al as it actually dissolved and didn't leave crystal clumps at the bottom of my drinks.
