It seems to help with soreness, but taking the full scoop makes my skin itch like crazy and burn which can be a side effect of this product, so i dropped down to half of the included scoop and that seemed to help.

Beta-Alanine is an absolute game changer! And this was the cheapest product I was able to find. I just wish the spoon came in half the size. You don't want to take 3 grams all at once or you'll suffer some very uncomfortable tingles. You also want to take 6 grams a day instead of the suggested 3 grams. Search it up on YouTube and you'll see it's widely suggested to take 1.6g doses 4 times a day.

I bought this while not understanding there were different types of beta alanine. Yes you could make your own pre-workout, take this alone or even spike your current pre-workout with this however it is not Carnosyn-- a more potent version of beta Alanine.

I was doubtful because of the cost. But I got more from this than any other pre workout I have ever taken. I usually double scoop pre workout and it does nothing other than make me feel jittery and just not well. This I was able to take a single scoop and face ants to the max!

I'm not one to write many reviews, however I do wish to include one for this supplement. Night and day difference in the gym while taking this. I noticed a significant difference in muscle fatigue. Give it at least a few weeks to build up in your system before writing it off. Note: do not take on an empty stomach or else you may experience diarrhea.

I can't get past the way it makes me feel. It only lasts about 30 minutes to an hour but it is super annoying. It makes me hot and dirty feeling. Face feels greasy and gross along with the tingling feeling. I only took it for a week so I have no idea if it works or not

After taking it I felt like thousands of tiny needles were being stuck into my face. I didn't notice any benefit to taking this but I only tried it once and won't take it again. Everyone probably has different reactions to this stuff I suppose but this is not for me.
