Not sure if this is what I need but I will try a bottle to see if it helps stop senior moments of memory forgetfulness. Until then I cannot recommend a product.

I cannot recommend or do not recommend this product as I am not a specialist. I am a layman regarding this matter and really would like to have a professional opinion of a nutritionist, a weight lifter, or a bodybuilder.

I like that it is a tablet form easy to eat. I take it as a supplement with keratin for bodybuilding muscle and so far it's working for me. I wish it is a 5 G per serving

I purchased this item for the first time a few days ago and thus far, it has met my expectations for a pre-workout supplement. That said, a longer period of time is necessary in order to form an objective and reasonable opinion, which I will post in due time.

I have been trying to get away from pre-made pre-workout products. So I knew that Beta-Alinine is one the major ingredients to add to my own self made pre-workout mixture. It was just what I needed.

Getting to the end of my workouts has never been easier (okay, maybe when I was much younger). I feel like I discovered the fountain of youth when compared to exercising before taking these.

it was perfect

I hoped to feel a little more energy but haven't and haven't felt tingling with full doses, but do get a stomach ache even with food even with a half dose. It's a shame they've stopped showing the lab reports too. I did read that supplementing beta alanine increases carnosine better than taking carnosine itself.
