It stinks bad
The smell is bad. When I was younger my best friends mom used to to put stuff in her hair called sulfur8 and it stinks this product smells exactly like it.. it stinks bad it definitely has to be mixed in with something else or you'll be the stinky hair girl.

This is exactly as described and what I ordered works very well easy to swallow and I take mine before bed has a relaxing effect on me. I don't know about other people, but I love this brand.
