Nutricost Bromelain Supplement 500mg, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I'm no spring chicken and If I bump in to something, it leaves a bruise. i don't like to look like I fell out of tree with bruises all over. Bromelein quickly rids bruises and makes it harder to get a bruise in the first place. Bromelein is in pineapple which will do the same thing but I don't want to eat pineapple every day.

I do not have a gall bladder, %26 bromelain was recommended as an enzyme supplement to support my digestion. I do notice that I haven't needed antacid when I have taken bromelain, which is a big plus for me. With this brand, I only need one capsule daily.

Great product and works wonderfully for inflammation. Do not take if you're allergic to pineapple. I would highly recommend this capsule.
