I'll be hopefully forever taking them. It's been a month I have better and balanced energy. Better digestion. Strong tightening feel in my muscles. Less to no unnecessary aches and pains. Not much tiredness in my legs and ancles. Even better sleep. We are bombarded by omega 6 fatty acids in everything but chlorella is omega 3 fatty acids nicely preserved in this great product. I take one or two in the morning, one or two with major meal and sometimes before bed it does not mess my routine. I'm 49, I love food coming from animals, not a big fan of dairy except some cheese or 10% fat real Greek yogurt with honey. I also eat salad and lots of vegetables and some lentils and beans. I eat less rice and low carb or less bread. I have a fit body with twitch able fat on my mid area. I do Omad

I am believer in greens helping to maintain a body's balance and help keep it clean. All sorts of studies saying all sorts of things. But at the end of the day it's about over health and belief. I believe taking this as well as other green products will improve my life in the long term. As always with any supplement YMMV. This product is inexpensive for what it is and I will continue to take it.
