i have osteoporosis i was diagnoed fragile. well i fell and nothing broke so i was blessed . did this have anothing to do with it ? ireally do not know but i keep taking it.

How am I supposed to know the outcome? A year ago I was diagnosed with osteopenia and started Calcium with D. % mos ago with a bone fracture I bought this. Time will tell?
