This coconut milk powder is perfect for my needs and tastes delicious. When buying the boxed liquid kind (with some added ingredients I didn't want), I tended to not use it all within the expiration date once opened. I love making hot chocolate with it by adding dry cocoa powder, a sweetener of choice (have tried stevia, swerve, coconut palm sugar and honey, all good) and vanilla to it with water. The cost is reasonable and storage is easy. This helps me maintain a coconut/ketogenic/paleo lifestyle for my psoriatic arthritis. I hope others will try it!

It's taste is like old and stale tasting. Very disappointed in qualiyyvbut the shipping and ari being was fine.

Does not mix well into liquids. Do not mistake for coconut water. This is essentially powdered saturated fat. May be good to add some fat to foods like energy bites or lactation cookies but otherwise is not worth buying.
