I've always had trouble building muscle mass and have stayed away from supplements other than protein shakes after a workout. Now I take Creatine Monohydrate pre workout, BCAA during workout and protein post workout. This combo while working out 5 days per week has allowed me to put on noticeable upper body muscle in only 4 weeks. I'm confident the most important part (besides the working out of course) is the Creatine. Loaded for 5 days as per the instructions. It dissolves fairly easy in water and basically has no taste. At only $17 per jug it's well worth the money.

Just switched over from Bulk Supplements and I can't believe the difference in quality! Also it comes in a bucket with a scoop as opposed to a bag with no scoop and that adds points in my book! I just recently changed my whole stack to Nutricost including creatine, beta-alanine, l-arginine, and whey and casein protein. I'm blown away with the quality of all these products and I wish I'd found this brand a long time ago. I can't recommend strongly enough!!

Exactly what I wanted! I've had other creatine that is grainy even when thoroughly mixed. This creatine is very fine and dissolves well. I like that it uses Creapure, which is known to be the standard in the industry. Great value although the container is literally half full. I'm sure it has the correct amount but i never understand why companies have to mislead with a gigantic bottle and fill the rest with air.

I love buying in bulk and making my own pre-workout. I have taken a few different types of creatine from Creatine HCL, Monohydrate Creatine now Creapure Creatine and notice the results are very different. This Creapure gave me slight cramps in my leg around the 3rd day of load phase. That for sure is a sign to me that it is in my blood stream. All other creatine I have taken I did not feel a thing. I wasnt sure if the products was working or not. I have not noticed any bloating with this as a lot of people seem to have but sometimes I have noticed a laxative effect about 15-30 minutes after taking this. Doesn't bother me since I am at home when it happens. I will continue to purchase this again and again. You cannot beat this for the price and serving amount. Just buy some type of juice that has sugar to mix with and your set. I have been using this for 5 days so far and cannot review about performance in the gym. I will update that at a later time. If your looking for the real deal. This is it. Cost a lost cheaper than imitation. I also mix with Citruline-Malate, and Beta-Alanine made by Micro-Ingredients for my pre workout. Bulk goes a long way. Spend the extra money up front and you will save a lot in the end.

I purchased a few 1 KG container of products from Nutricost/Amazon. The other one was full with a smaller container. This one is half full and feels lighter than the other one! I read several of you saying similar things so maybe we are getting shorted or this is how they package it. See my pictures. I used a flaighlight to show how much you get. As for the product, I believe this will work well as I have purchased other products from Nutricost without issues.

My husband and I purchased this brand of creatine when our go to brand was out of stock. It works in a pinch but we will not be buying again, this creatine is NOT fine like powdered sugar (not as bad as regular sugar) it does not dissolve well when mixed with water or Gatorade, feels gritty in your teeth and mouth after drinking. Hard to get a good scoop full because it's so grainy, not powder. My husband and I have been using creatine monohydrate for years and this just doesn't cut it in our opinion.

Started taking it normally with no loading phase. Started having GI and urination problems that got worse by the day. The final day, I went home sick from work and was either in bed unable to move or on the toilet. It was due to one of 4 products so I was going to stop one at a time and figure it out through the process of elimination. I started with this product because it was most likely the culprit after reading other reviews and the timeline of when I started taking these products and when my problems began. Stopped taking this product and was back to normal the next day. It was also gritty and never dissolved. Sounds like it doesn't affect everyone, but I wouldn't take the chance.
