I can't say the product tastes wonderful, but what I like is that it doesn't have a taste and I can take it easily in any liquid product. It is easy to use, hopefully does the trick for deterring UTIs (so far so good), and tastes good.

I Have't had a UTI for over 10 years.. I was diagnosed with being Chronic UTI's I'm sure if you have it you know the name of disease. Anyway,, I was given this 10 years ago, wash with mild soap and was told to avoid trigger foods.. I was on a diet and was able to eat strawberries which is a huge trigger for me.. I went on 2 rounds of antibiotics and started using D-Manos again.. bought this for half the price I paid at health food store it has a scoop and so far 3 weeks no more UTI pain. I recommend this brand.

I got this for my Dad, who has a suprapubic catheter and lots of sediment from bacteria common with suprapubic catheters. This interferes with the bacteria sticking to the bladder wall and producing biofilm. This in turn keeps his catheter from clogging, which lessens the number of times a month I have to insert a new one. Great product.

Omg I cant believe this worked! Id been fighting utis for months, even the prescription from the doc barely touched it. Started taking this and it just about disappeared within the week! What! Now whenever I even feel a lil irritated I take a scoop of this and its all good. Tastes like mild powdered sugar, I literally just scoop it into my mouth and then have a drink of water. I bought D-mannose for my 6 yr old male cat, who has had feline lower urinary tract disease. He has had kidney stones, and repeated UTIs, has been on antibiotics many times for this. After 2 courses in June, he was still urinating blood. He also sprays pee in the house whenever he's stressed, as when he sees a neighbor cat in the yard through the window, and when in pain with these UTIs. I read about D-mannose for human bladder conditions, also read several recommendations by holistic veterinarians for D-mannose use in cats, so I immediately ordered some for him. He's been on 1/4tsp in 2cc water, syringed slowly into his mouth every day for a week, And he takes it fine. Not only has he been urinating without pain, his urine become clear again, and most amazingly, he has not marked anything with pee the entire week! If this continues, I will be telling everyone with kitty bladder or spraying issues about D-mannose! I'm very impressed after just 1 week! This may be the answer to my prayers! I love him like a son, and hated to see him in pain with bladder sediment and infections! And the spraying has been no fun! I couldn't part with him, but the spraying has meant living with pee pads taped all over the furniture and walls, which is embarrassing and hard to live with!
