Dextrose is the best for enhancing creatine uptake and this is as ggog as it gets, when it comes to dextrose.

I felt the difference from the first used
Been lifting for about 2yrs and trying different products and this one does not disappoint, this brand is awesome,so far I try the dextrose and the pre-workout and it's amazing. First time I used it in the gym I noticed the boost in energy, note,I used it as a intra drink with bcaa. Awesome combination.

Good for long workouts 2hrs+
Why i buy powdered carbs? Is b/c sometimes i don't want to eat a carb bar or gels during workouts. And the liquid form absorbs faster for energy. I use it for wgtlifting & runs. I mix it into my energy drinks, 1 scoop is sufficient for my~2hr workouts. It's completely tasteless, so it doesn't effect ur flavored drinks. How much 1 needs will be based on your wgt, ur metabolism & how long u workout, esp if u don't eat a good, solid meal at least ~3hrs ahead.

As advertised
Seems to be good quality and the container is HUGE! I hope people don't abuse this sugar because it's not a magic bullet for anything. The sugars need to be carefully balanced between fructose and glucose. Consuming strictly glucose is kind of dangerous.

Dextrose is not only good for your muscles. It's fuel for your brain too. It dissolves in water instantly.
