easy to fill, easy to swallow
perfect size to make one huge supplement, that is difficult to swallw, into two that are much easier to swallow.

Saves Money
Supplements are much cheaper if you buy them in powder form and fill gelatin capsules yourself. It's tedious work, but it can save you a lot of money.

Capsules small than what I expected .
These capsules are a lot smaller than what I was looking for. I found the perfect size else where. I make my own supplements so I need the bigger size.
