Helps me
Sometimes I just need a little help drifting off to sleep, and the kids' melatonin does it for me! I like the taste and texture. I do not feel groggy in the morning. I recommend.

Would recommend
I give this to my granddaughters every time they spend the night with me. They like the taste and it's just what they need to settle down and go off to sleep. They sleep all night and feel rested the next morning.

These are a game changer. My daughter's sleep has been so much better. She also likes them enough to be glad to get one each night but not so much that she's going upset about not getting more.

Good, would buy again...
This was a solid purchase, kiddo didn't complain about taste, product wasn't melted, label and safety seal was in tact. Would buy again. 4/5 because of lack of flavor, mg variety; limited availability of liquid/spray, etc.
