Works well for occasional use.
Two capsules calm me down immediately, but I would not take them before driving because they tire me a little bit. I don't take them all the time, and I do wonder if they would lose efficacy with everyday use.

One of these works great because it is KSM66. it is stronger and the direct extract from the roo. concentrated. this brand even includes black pepper for maximum absorption.. One works just fine. keeps you very balanced if you are used to it.

Will definitely buy again
Started taking KSM 66 with magnesium at night before bed and I can see a major improvement in my overall sleep and energy the next day

I think I just gave this a poor review. I had it confused with the vitamin D I got from a different seller. I tried to go back to edit my original review %26 I can't access it. I don't know if Walmart is still experiencing issues with the app like it was on Friday because of this crazy weather. I moved south to get away from this weather. Lol I guess I did Not head far enough south. But I have a fabulous spirit filled church within walking distance so there was a reason God brought me here!
