Great product and value. No bad taste. Easy to swallow capsules can also be opened and added to food or drink. I also add to my senior dogs food and they don't notice it's there.

I ordered this product and it helps to take 1,000mg when I get mouth sores. I also take 1 capsule which is 500mg.to give my metabolism a boost!

It must be working, along with my other supplements, because I'm over 90 now, and doing surprisingly well. I believe that every health-conscious person over 50 should examine their diets and need for supplementing with Amino acids as appropriate. By diet I mean that as you age, one's eating habits may often be lighter and deficient in sufficient nutrients to keep up with your needs to stay "forever young". Since L-Lysine is less produced by your body, the need for special diets and/or Supplementation increases for this highly important Amino acid.

Great for helping tissue growth and repair but does have some side effects; such as, stomach pain (if you haven't eaten).

This product contains rice flour. I don't want to pay for flour, let alone flour of unknown origin. Should have done my homework before I ordered.

I was taking another lysine and it was working good I switched to this one because it was a capsule and easier to swallow but i almost immediately started having fever blisters again
