A good preventive
If you are lactose intolerant, as I am, it's a good preventive for trouble later in the day, by just taking it with the morning supplements.

long-lasting relief
The taste is not pleasant - like a multivitamin. However, it works better for dairy and lasts longer than the fas-acting tablets or chews.

4 months of enzyme Expires in 1 day!
Arrived 3/31/2025; expiration 04/2025 and it tasted terrible . I opened the bottle and it smelled like rancid oil. This is unacceptable. I need to have a refund.
