I always have a upset tummy and since I've been taking this product, it's like night and day difference I don't have the bloating I just feel more comfortable and it's really helped with my lactose intolerance. same as name brand, price advantage, but best of all is packaged loose where name brand is in very hard to remove foil. if you use pill box this means getting 7 pills out sticking fingers and breaking some of the capsules.
