Good product, good price, One tablet per dose.
First, it's serving size is 1 capsule. Be careful as some brands say 10 mg, but you have to take two. Second it is inexpensive. The brand has a good rep, and is actually recommended by some health professionals I see. Lithium Orotate studies have shown it improves cognitive functions and helps offset cognitive decline.

Great vitamin!
I got this vitamin to see if it would help me with my anxiety and it really has! Maybe it's a placebo, who knows, but for me it has definitely helped! I take one in the morning after breakfast and it has definitely made a difference for me.
