This taste like aspirin but, the beneficial effects on your muscles outweighs the taste. I would 10 out of 10 recommended.

RESULTS
because of the large quantity jar %26 only 1 person using- it became a solid block, i had to use a steak knife to break up %26 crush enough powder to use each day-But- the results were Great!!!

Do Not Buy
I was provided with only 1 dry pack in it. I have even added more of them and still does nothing. Significant humidity and moisture occurred causing it to stick to container, clump up in container, stick to lid when trying to shake container to loosen chunks. It even sticks to scoop provided. Making it a mess to pour out of the plastic scoop onto a spoon. Constantly having to use metal spoon to break up chunks, sticks to spoon too.. Providing picture of container open laying on its side and its a giant sticky clump inside.
