It legit tastes like Kool-Aid, which makes it a treat to drink before bed. I take it at night, and it does a great job helping me fall asleep, with the added benefit of keeping me regular. Plus, with 83 servings per container (250g), it's an incredible deal compared to pricier alternatives. My only complaint? It doesn't mix well. I can stir it in the morning, let it sit all day, and there's still undissolved gritty sediment at the bottom of the glass by the time I take it at night. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's worth noting. Overall, for the price and incredible flavor, it's definitely a winner and my go-to magnesium supplement right now.

Ordered it to help my chronic colon issues. It is tasteless and easy to mix in water.

I got a sample of Calm to try several months ago, and then decided to buy this because I assumed it was the same thing only cheaper. After trying Calm once and this twice, I don't think this works as well as Calm. It doesn't dissolve anywhere near as well, and I only feel a very slight calming effect. With Calm I felt a notable calming effect. I think I will spend the extra and try Calm again.
