This item was easy to use with small that was included. For my taste, it was sweeter than it needed to be.

The product arrived quickly. It tastes good and I use it nightly. It helps with sleep and has made me regular. I buy it often.

I am very satisfied with this product. I believe it is a fair price for the volume received.

I was looking for a magnesium drink that actually tastes good. I was disappointed. It seems none of them have taste. Otherwise it probably lives up to being a good magnesium but I haven't taken it long enough to really know.

I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the product, but it does not dissolve well in cold water. I've tried stirring before each swallow and then adding more water at the end to try to drink it all. Today I heated the last half cupful and it dissolved better, not sure if it hurt the mineral effectiveness or not. I thought about putting it in coffee, but the peach mango flavor (good) doesn't sound too good in coffee. I have only been using it for a couple weeks.

I have used this magnesium powder for a couple years but yesterday I was scooping out my usual does and a small piece of plastic came out along with the powder. This is pretty unacceptable and will not be buying from this company any longer.
